Founder + Chairman
Stephen Krauss
Stephen Krauss has over 40 years of executive management experience in sales, manufacturing, and nutritional formulation and distribution on an international level. Steve introduced Activated Stabilized Oxygen to the market in 1996 and, since then, he has established Oxigenesis as the world's leading formulator, manufacturer, and distributor of oxygen-enhanced health products. He has been a featured guest on nationally syndicated radio talk shows to educate on the topics of oxygen and holistic wellness. He has also worked as a national training consultant with Fortune 500 companies, state and federal government agencies, and universities. Steve is the author of two books on oxygen nutrition: "Oxygen: Nature's Most Important Dietary Supplement" and "Vitamin O" which can be purchased on Amazon.com.

Randal Moos
Randal Moos is President and Chief Executive Officer of Oxigenesis. As CEO, Randal is dedicated to innovating future growth opportunities and crafting the company culture around a passion for science, new technologies and non-profit work. Under Randal’s leadership, Oxigenesis established its first strategic partnership with Formula Four, helping to keep ASO® at the forefront of the industry as the leading oxygen supplement. Randal holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications & Public Relations from Cal State Fullerton, a MBA in International Business, and certification in HR Management from The Wharton School.
